At Bakeatier, we understand the importance of providing our customers with accurate and up-to-date information about our products and their ingredients. While we take every precaution to prevent cross-contamination of allergens in our facility, please be aware that our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens such as nuts, wheat, and dairy.

If you have a specific allergy or dietary restriction, we encourage you to contact us directly before placing your order to discuss any concerns you may have. Our team is always available to help you make an informed decision about which products may be suitable for your needs.

By placing an order with Bakeatier, you agree to hold us harmless and indemnify us from any liability for any allergic reactions or other adverse effects that may result from consuming our products. It is your responsibility to inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions before placing your order.

Design Variation

We take great pride in creating custom cakes that are not only delicious but also beautiful works of art. While we make every effort to create a cake that matches your specific vision and requirements, we want to inform you that there may be slight variations in the final product.

Each cake is unique and handmade, and while we follow your design specifications as closely as possible, there may be some small differences in color, texture, or placement of decorations. However, we assure you that any variations will be in the spirit of your original design, and we are confident that you will be pleased with the final product.

Please also note that exposure to light can cause colors to fade or change slightly over time. To preserve the color and appearance of your cake, we recommend keeping it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Deposit’s, Payments, Cancellations

At Bakeatier, we require a non-refundable deposit for all custom cake orders. Your order is not considered confirmed until the deposit has been paid in full, and we must receive your deposit within 24 hours of sending your order confirmation email/text.

The deposit amount will vary based on the total cost of your order and will be communicated to you at the time of your order confirmation. This deposit is required to secure your order and will be applied towards the total cost of your order.

Please note that the deposit is non-refundable, regardless of any changes or cancellations to your order. If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to make any changes.

 Harassment Policy 

At Bakeatier, we are committed to providing a safe and respectful environment for all of our customers and staff. We have a zero-tolerance policy for any form of harassment, including but not limited to verbal abuse, rude behavior, and any type of discriminatory or offensive conduct.

We believe that every person has the right to be treated with dignity and respect, and we expect all of our customers to conduct themselves in a professional and courteous manner at all times.

If we determine that a customer has engaged in any form of harassment, we reserve the right to deny them any and all services, and they will be asked to leave our premises immediately. We also reserve the right to report any illegal or inappropriate behavior to the appropriate authorities.

We take all allegations of harassment seriously, and we will investigate any complaints thoroughly and promptly. If you experience or witness any form of harassment while at Bakeatier, please report it to a member of our staff immediately.

 Refund Policy (All sales are final) 

At Bakeatier, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. If for any reason you are unhappy with your order or purchase, please let us know within 24 hours of pick-up and return the complete order to us.

Please note that we do not offer cash refunds for any orders, only future credits. We are not responsible for any damages occurring to the cake during transport, set-up, or any time thereafter. It is important to follow our instructions for carrying, transporting, and storing your cake to prevent damages such as cracks, smudges, and melted frosting.

In order to be eligible for a refund or future credit, the complete order must be returned to us. We may offer a partial refund in the form of future credit if the product is brought back and the quality of the cake is determined to not meet our standards. Quality determination is solely at the discretion of Bakeatier.

Please understand that we cannot issue refunds for cakes that have already been consumed. Store credit will be issued based on the amount of cake remaining, the time elapsed since pick-up, and the quality of the cake as determined by our staff.

Refunds or future credits will not be issued for any orders that are not returned to us within a timely manner. To be eligible for a refund or future credit, please contact us promptly within 24 hours of pick-up to let us know of any issues.
