While we don't currently offer cakes or other baked goods specifically tailored to special dietary needs such as gluten-free, vegan, or nut-free, we're happy to let you know that all of our products are halal. We're committed to using only high-quality ingredients and following best practices to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

What is the ordering process and timeline? How far in advance should I place my order?

We recommend that you place your cake order at least three days in advance to ensure that we have ample time to prepare and bake your cake. For larger or more complex orders, we may require additional lead time. Additionally, please note that we accept orders up to 90 days in advance to ensure that we can accommodate your specific event date. Contact us today to get started on your order!

​Can I customize the design of my cake? How much input can I have in the design process?

Absolutely! We specialize in creating custom cake designs that are tailored to your individual style and taste. Whether you have a specific design in mind or would like to draw inspiration from our previous work or other sources, we're happy to work with you to create a cake that is truly unique and personal.

 We welcome as much input from our clients as possible and will work closely with you to ensure that your cake reflects your vision and preferences. From selecting the colors and flavors to choosing the style and decorations, we're dedicated to creating a cake that exceeds your expectations.

What flavours and fillings do you offer?

​Can you provide a cake stand or other decorative elements for the cake table?

​While we specialize in creating beautiful and delicious custom cakes, we do not provide cake stands or other decorative elements for the cake table. However, we're happy to work with you to recommend trusted vendors who can provide these items for your event. Additionally, we're always happy to collaborate with your event planner or decorator to ensure that your cake is displayed to its best advantage.

​Do you offer cake tastings? If so, how do I schedule one?

​While we do not offer cake tastings, we're confident that you'll love our delicious custom cakes and baked goods. We use only the highest quality ingredients and take pride in creating beautiful and delicious cakes that exceed your expectations. We're happy to provide a list of our most popular flavors and fillings to help you select the perfect combination for your event.

​What is your cancellation and refund policy?

​We do not offer refunds on orders that have been placed. For more information on our cancellation policy, please see our policy page. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable, but we may be able to accommodate date changes if you contact us at least one week prior to your event. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we'll do our best to work with you to find a solution that meets your needs.
